Coolheaded – The ID CoolFlow HP HVOF

The ID CoolFlow is a high-pressure high-velocity flame spraying torch, fully metal-coated and designed for the internal spraying and coating of complex component part geometries. Operating at reduced power levels, the ID CoolFlow applies high-quality coatings at low, moderate component part temperatures.

The combination of the ID CoolFlow and Thermico’s CPF powder feeders allows the use of super-fine powders of below 10µm, facilitating the coating of temperature-sensitive component parts with wattages of below 20 kW.

In summary, the ID CoolFlow is more than cool and clever, thanks to its weight of only 2.3kg it’s also small and lightweight.
