Best-Seller – The A60 Plasma Torch

The A60 is a professional single-cathode plasma torch featuring radial powder injection for wattages of up to 60 kW, equipped with an innovative dual circular water cooling system for anode and cathode, ensuring increased production stability and an extended electrode life.

This robust, metal-encased compact plasma torch also features an internal anode and cathode insulation, allowing its operation under extreme external heat conditions, e.g. in pots, pocket holes and turbine combustion chambers. The A60 may also be equipped with optimized connecting adapters.

A straight 180° adapter and a selection of 90° adapters allow its use in a multitude of complex component geometries, enabling the operation of F4 and MB geometries / identical anodes and cathodes.
In summary, Thermico’s A60 fulfils all aviation industry requirements for layer specifications and production stability.
