Favorite – The CJS HVOF Torch

Thermico’s CJS is a highly flexible HVOF torch featuring radial powder injection.
It is based on an adaptable nozzle configuration consisting of combustion chamber, powder injection and accelerating nozzle for combustion chamber pressures of up to 25 bars.

The use of an oxy-fuel gas-stabilized kerosene/oxygen or hydrogen/oxygen HVOF flame allows Temperature Controlled HVOF –Thermico’s patented process that combines high cost-effectiveness with brilliant results.
