Under Control – Our Universal Genius

The C-P-CJS control unit combines the ease of computer control with the accuracy of a precision class A installation, featuring mass flow-controlled gas and kerosene lines. The control unit consists of a maximum of five modular recase units. Each recase is placed on top of the other, creating an ergonomic, easily movable control tower. The recase design ensures high mobility of the HVOF control and gas units.

After the tube packets have been released, the complete unit can be pushed to the next cabinet and started up there. For field work, the recase units are easily disassembled and transported in an estate car.

Another plus: C-P-CJS is compatible with all standard HVOF single-cathode plasma torches. A PLC controls the process flow in the background, displayed on a PC. Remote diagnosis and service between user and technical support are possible over the telephone.
